Job Title: AS400 Technical Lead
Job Location: Pittsburg, PA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Roles & Responsibilities
* 10+ years' experience in AS400, JCL, Mainframe, Cobol, LANSA Integrator.
* Perform landscape assessment, work closely with clients to understand the landscape, scope document them in structured manner.
* Perform development and production support activities collaborating with clients.
* Identify opportunities for improvement, automation.
* Working directly with clients, independent performer, and to lead a team in ON-OFF model.
* Experience in previous Knowledge transition from clients is an advantage.
Required Qualifications:
* AS400, JCL, Mainframe, Cobol, LANSA Integrator.
* Experience in ACBS platform is an added advantage.
* Experience in development and production support.
* Good Communication and documentation skills.
* Experience in previous Knowledge transition from clients, and Mainframe modernization activities is an advantage.
