Electric and Kvaerner North American Construction. The direct hire union division of Matrix Service Company, Matrix NAC has provided procurement, construction, maintenance and repair services to the energy and industrial markets across North America since 1986. Parent company Matrix Service Company began its union operations through Matrix NAC in 1986, but Matrix NAC increased its experience and capabilities exponentially through its acquired businesses which include S.M. Electric and Kvaerner North American Construction. This proud legacy extends as far back as 1946.
