We're seeking a future team member in the role of Senior Vice President, Production Services to join our Finance Production Services organization. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA- Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manages a global team responsible for Production Services activities. Oversees the requirements, planning, organizing, and implementation of enterprise-wide technology applications, infrastructure and/or services.
  • Ensures appropriate staffing and organizational structures are in place for the assigned group. Participates in defining Production Services strategy.
  • Leads strategic projects consistent with long-range Production Services plans.
  • Contributes to the achievement of organizational objectives, drives the strategic direction of process and tools for the organization by leadership.
  • Partners with appropriate parties to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and/or control.
  • Leads resources and assigns tasks to the team members. Assists team members in delivering outputs as needed.
  • Provides guidance and support to team members as the assigned work is being delivered.
  • Motivates analysts to maximize their contributions and encourage professional growth.
  • Leads recruitment efforts and manages and develops teams to maximize their collective contributions.
  • Contributes to employee performance cycle including all Human Capital management activities and provides guidance to staff for current duties.
  • Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience required.
  • 6-8 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3+ (Incident, Problem, and Change processes)
  • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other such technologies
  • Experience triaging application issues and service restoration in a production environment
  • Experience identifying and configuring application monitoring for early issue detection
  • Experience deploying applications in a production environment
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Perl, bash, and/or Powershell) to help automate manual processes
  • Familiarity with specific monitoring tools a plus - AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Moogsoft or related solutions.Familiarity with development pipeline automation using technologies such as Ansible, GITLAB CI, Jenkins or other technologies.
  • Eager to learn in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Self-Starter with a passion to develop innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills (written, interpersonal, and presenting)
