Job Description

Hill International is seeking a Project Analyst in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania.


The Naval Nuclear Laboratory develops advanced naval nuclear propulsion technology for the safety and reliability of our Navy's submarine and aircraft fleet. The Materials Evaluation Laboratory(MEL) has reached the end of its service life and has begun planning for Decontamination and Decommissioning (D&D) of the facility.

  • The Project Analyst will be part of a small team tasked to develop, plan, track, and improve projects for specific scopes of work within the MEL D&D Program. This will occur in conjunction with ongoing operations.
  • The project analyst provides support to project planning and scheduling, resource management, budgeting and cost control, measuring project performance, risk management, coordination and integration of project team efforts, and communication with stakeholders.

  • Oracle Primavera P6 proficiency.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Microsoft Excel capabilities.Previous experience with radiological work, Decontamination and Decommissioning, Government projects, or procuring goods and services.
  • Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Experience working on small teams with long term deliverables.
