Global Marketing Manager, Hip Solutions (Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA)

Reporting to the Global Director, Hip Solutions, the Global Marketing Manager has global responsibility for leading our overall hip solution value proposition, aligned to the hip business strategy, and incorporating both implants and enabling technology value propositions. In this role, you complete all aspects of a competitive hip solution value proposition, that allow us to address the needs our customers, including payers, providers, and patients. You will also help identify evidence and educational needs and partner with our evidence, medical education, and sales training teams to develop the appropriate clinical and health economic evidence and professional education programs that supports our hip solution value proposition including any policy changes and market shaping activities.

What will you be doing?

  • Drive the overall hip solution value proposition, aligned to the overall hip business strategy, including, but not limited to:
  • Build the hip solution value proposition together with a cross-functional team and regions
  • Actively participate in building and executing the hip business strategy and ensure alignment of the hip value proposition
  • Lead the launch of the value proposition together with region and develop hand-off to each region for localization and development of marketing literature
  • Liaise with medical education on customer education plans for full hip continuum of care
  • Assist sales training with salesforce education package including any train the trainer activities with local sales teams or regional / country marketing teams
  • Partner with clinical team for evidence and research needs to build evidence supporting the full hip solution value proposition
  • Lead portfolio mix shift, aligned to overall hip strategy, including brand exit strategies
  • Be the digital marketing authority within the marketing team:
  • TRAVEL: Approximately 40-50%; international travel will be required as needed

What will you need to be successful?

  • Education: BS degree, preferably in finance or engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of professional marketing or commercial experience in medical device
