General Description:
Carries out the services of the WV Department of Rehabilitative Services (DRS) Supported Employment program by assisting clients to obtain and maintain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
* Education minimum of an associates degree with 2 years' experience with working with individuals with disabilities or similar field.
* Experience working with people with severe mental illness, experience providing employment services, and knowledge of the work world are preferred.
* Successful completion of CIB background and Protective Services check required;
* Current certification in CPR and First Aid or able to obtain within 60 days of hire;
* Will be required to complete and maintain all RNS staff onboarding training;
* Valid driver's license required;
* Use of private or company owned vehicle may be required on behalf of RNS;
* Demonstrated familiarity with inclusive workplace practices and terminology;
