WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead with Vision: Direct a talented team of 8 HR professionals, collaborating with colleagues across training, communications, and HRBP support. Your leadership will shape the culture and success of our campus.
Drive Excellence: Oversee essential HR processes including performance management, talent acquisition, and leadership development. Your efforts will ensure we attract, develop, and retain the top talent that drives our success.
Foster an Engaging Culture: Be the force behind employee engagement, embodying and promoting our "Win Right" values, and championing diversity and inclusion across the campus.
Be a Trusted Partner: Work closely with the Manufacturing Operations Leadership team, providing strategic HR support and ensuring our policies are uniformly applied, fostering a fair and productive workplace.
Shape Strategy: Your insights will guide senior managers, developing strategies and managing change to align with our operational and HR priorities.
An experienced HR leader with at least 8 years in the field, including 5 years managing HR teams, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
A champion of inclusion and diversity, with a track record of supporting employee engagement.
A strategic thinker with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Tech-savvy, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems like Workday.
Adaptable and resilient, ready to navigate the fast-paced changes of a global business environment.
Knowledgeable about Ohio labor laws, OSHA guidelines, and comfortable in a manufacturing setting.
