What You'll Do:
The System Analyst II will collaborate with business management and users to design, build, configure, and support IT applications and related business processes used for Call Center and Customer Service related functions in an SAP IS-U environment. The role will support the SAP Customer Relationship and Billing System (SAP CR&B), e-Account customer portal, and related interfaces and reports, and assist with other related billing and customer service functions. Incumbent will work with the business to develop/update application roadmaps, identify solutions to new business needs, support projects, drive enhancements that generate business value, and analyze and troubleshoot software and operational issues.

In this role you will serve as a skilled advisor to the business on all matters related to the use and configuration of the Customer Relationship and Billing System and other assigned software applications.

Essential Duties:
* Analyze, configure, and support Customer Service and Call Center business functions, processes and applications in SAP.
* Monitor ongoing operational processes and interfaces and resolve issues as required.
* Investigate and resolve issues and service requests related to Call Center and Customer Service applications
* Use detailed product knowledge to design and deliver high quality and well architected solutions. Build personal expertise to reduce reliance on outside resources for support

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant technical field
A minimum of 5 years' experience supporting, implementing, and designing software applications.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC 6, preferably in a Utility environment.
Experience with SAP Billing, CRM functions, Customer Service, Call Center and Customer Self-Service applications in a Utility environment is desired.
An Understanding of integration in SAP with IS-U Billing.
