Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to support the daily operations of our Patient Account Representatives (PAR) in Canonsburg, PA. As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering team development within the Collection Team.

Responsibilities
    Support and mentor PARs in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with CBO Supervisor to provide recommendations, counseling, and coaching for enhanced performance.
  • Maintain expertise in all functions and processes within the Collection Team, and facilitate communication and training on procedures and policies.
  • Ensure adherence to collections procedures and negotiate compromises with attorneys on litigated cases.
  • Manage accounts in service queues, work files, AR agings, and zero pay reports for assigned clinics.
  • Provide support and training to PARs within the same database.
  • Collaborate with Supervisor/Manager to identify and resolve specific payer issues.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures for data integrity, cash flow, and customer service in relation to HIPAA compliance.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Required:

* High School diploma or equivalent.
* 1 year of Customer Service experience

Preferred:

* Minimum three to five years in a high-volume reimbursement environment.
* Minimum three to five years of training experience.
* Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
* Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
* Interpersonal skills that foster participation, teamwork, and development.
* Proficiency in Windows-based office technologies.
