Role Description

The Senior Total Rewards Analyst supports the development, management, and evaluation of Form Energy's total rewards programs. Specializing in compensation and benefits, this role contributes expertise to attract and retain top talent in a rapidly growing organization. Collaborating with compensation leadership, key internal stakeholders, and People Partners, the analyst identifies and implements initiatives to enhance total rewards, playing a crucial part in building this function.

This opportunity is based out of Form Energy's Form Factory 1 in Weirton, West Virginia. Relocation Assistance is available.

What you'll do:
  • Manage annual total rewards projects such as the pay for performance cycles, budget forecasting and executive compensation reviews

  • Design and administer short and long term incentive programs including equity administration in partnership with Finance

  • Conduct job analysis and market evaluations, assigning jobs to pay structures

  • Maintain salary survey database and coordinate survey participation with vendors

  • Analyze proposed retirement plan changes using data insights and assist in 401(k) audits, suggesting improvements and presenting action plans

  • Lead the annual benefits review and renewal process in partnership with outside Brokers or vendors

  • Prepares reports and presentations illustrating market data and cost analysis and uses data for insight driven decision making support with top management

  • Leads internal communications regarding total rewards and supports managers and staff in understanding compensation and HR policies with training briefs and coaching

  • Establish total rewards program guidelines, internal governance and streamlined processes

  • Mange the day to day relationship with key vendors such as Brokers or other insurance and compensation partners

  • Lead enterprise-wide compensation and benefits projects

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including FLSA

  • Provide backup for HRIS, payroll, and employee lifecycle administration

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, match or equivalent and 5+ years of compensation and benefits experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to create clear presentations and written communication

  • Knowledge of compensation and employment laws and regulations

  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with excellent time management skills

  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases; experience with Oracle is a plus

  • Ability to handle confidential data and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Effective communication skills with all levels of employees, including senior management
