Responsible for the delivery of nursing and home health services to the patients served by the Agency, quality of nursing services, effective resource utilization and appropriateness of care.
• Performs chart reviews.
• Provides direction and guidance to home health staff.
• Works collaboratively with other leaders in achieving Agency goals.
• Steps in as leader in absence of Director of Nursing.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. State Licensure as RN and maintain current in the states of Ohio, WV, and PA.
2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience with two (2) in home health.
4. Minimum one year experience in an applicable setting preferred.
