Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and meticulously organize incoming inventory, tools, and equipment to streamline operations.
  • Efficiently issue products to site personnel while maintaining meticulous transaction records.
  • Utilize cutting-edge database systems to manage inventory and promptly address inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough cycle counts and generate insightful reports to optimize inventory levels.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail by inspecting tools and equipment, promptly reporting any defects to supervisors.
  • Proactively perform minor repairs and maintenance to uphold operational efficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, coupled with 3+ months of relevant experience or training.
  • Proficiency in warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and forklift/cherry picker experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
  • Technical proficiency, including basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Demonstrated mathematical aptitude and the ability to interpret technical documents.
  • Safety-minded with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • The work environment may not be temperature-controlled; you must have the ability to work in extreme hot or cold environments.
  • Must be able to work in dusty conditions and handle hazardous materials while wearing various forms of protective equipment.
  • May be required to pass forklift and/or other warehouse equipment certifications.
  • Assigned work shifts may vary, and overtime may be required.
  • Must be able to handle physical inventory; required to lift up to 25 lbs. or greater with assistance following standard operating and safety procedures. Other physical requirements include regularly standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, crawling, climbing, and balancing.
  • Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required.
