* Serves as the primary support to senior and executive level roles; coordinates with associated teams. * Manages office workflow, projects, and schedules, coordinates travel arrangements, and data entry; serves as primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Develops agendas and meeting materials; coordinates special events. * Prepares and edits various technical documents, including financial reports, presentation materials, procedural manuals, content on department website, publications, and routine correspondence; uses established guidelines and proper formatting; ensures confidentiality of sensitive information and materials.
Performs all administrative and operational functions of a program. Coordinates all program events and personnel and provides services directly to customers. Develops and implements program policies and procedures. Performs budgetary functions and oversees media communications, website updates, and newsletters.
Administrative responsibilities; ability to use computer and telephone. Requires excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills; ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of internal and external constituencies from chancellor-level to support staff-level.
Mostly sedentary but some movement from place to place and occasional lifting required.
