ACH Product Manager:

The FNB Payments Team is seeking a candidate to fill the ACH Product Manager role. This Product Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategic innovation, manage existing ACH products and services, Improve Operational Efficiency, automate manual processes, update Policy and Procedure, and be a leader in client issue resolution. The candidate will be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Sales, Implementations, Client Servicing, Technology, Operations, and other key partners in supporting and strengthening FNB's ACH Product Set.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, coordination and release of ACH Product offerings and enhancements.
  • Work with Operations and Implementation teams to optimize and automate processes and procedures.
  • Modernize legacy ACH technology to be scalable and flexible for a future-oriented and growing bank.
  • Proactively manage revenue and volume forecasting
  • Develop and refine ACH Policy and Procedure that adheres to all NACHA rules and minimizes risk.
  • Create new client-facing/marketing collateral related to new and existing product offerings.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure implementations/initiatives are on track and engage internal/external clients to fully understand their needs.
  • Frequent interaction with Sales, Implementations, Client Servicing, Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance to ensure stakeholders are in the loop and can provide feedback to proposed changes.
  • Proactively engage fellow Product Managers to realize synergies and formulate/execute overarching product management strategies.
  • Demonstrated sense of prioritization and execution against critical deliverables, coupled with a sense of personal ownership for key projects and issue resolution.

Preferred qualifications and skills:

  • Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of project/product management
  • Deep understanding of ACH Product knowledge or AAP Certification (strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial and strategic analysis - ability to develop business cases (e.g., new market and product initiatives, pricing, operating model changes)
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills required, including the ability to adjust messaging and style based on different audiences.

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for setting strategies and goals for assigned product(s) (Treasury Management, Merchant Services or Commercial Card) and monitoring product performance. The position coordinates the various activities of Marketing, Information Technology, Bank Operations, vendors and Treasury Management Sales personnel to ensure efficient, high quality product delivery. Works with managers to effectively implement new products and enhance existing services and directly supports Senior Product Manager(s) and Director of Treasury Management Product as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develops, implements and manages assigned product(s) to ensure profitability, marketability and highest quality.

Sets strategies and goals for assigned product(s). Identifies training content for both internal and external needs. Works with training resources to implement/deliver.

Evaluates existing products to ensure competitiveness, identifies new product opportunities and recommends enhancements.

Monitors and evaluates product profitability and recommends actions for improvements as necessary.

Supports sales staff in sale of assigned product(s). Works with Sales team on developing solutions for more complex client situations. Works with clients directly as assigned. Supports Senior Product Manager(s) and Director of Treasury Management Product as assigned.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
