Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Supplies inventory audits and tracking
  • Placing Supply orders (and determining the most cost effective)
  • Unpacking and putting supplies away
  • Greets and escorts guests, coordinates seating and office needs while visiting
  • Assists with internal/external meeting logistics, including booking of conference rooms, management of audio and/or WebEx, arrangement of food, etc.
  • Liason between corporate facilities and the field office facility
  • Management and escalation of any facility issues or needs
  • Creating, updating, and sharing information about the facility internally and externally
  • Managing customers and guests experience
  • Managing calls and xfers to the main office number
  • Seek, Coordinate, and spread awareness of community outreach events
  • Investigate green initiatives and put in place in the office
  • Manage and execute preventative maintenance on vendor equipment
  • Screens incoming phone calls, and responds/handles them when appropriate
  • Creates and updates email distribution lists
  • Assists with space and floor planning activities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail in managing multiple tasks
  • 2+ years working in an office environment

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year of professional experience working in an office environment
  • Ability to communicate results to Senior Management on a one-to-one basis.
