We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Account Management to join our Equity & Sales Trading (Global Markets) team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a HYBRID position.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Day to day sales activities within an Equities sales business such as dealing with client queries, managing orders, resolving issues, activity reporting, and working with various stakeholders.
  • Selling Equities products and services offered by the Broker Dealer, including Equities, ETFs, Listed Options, Buybacks, Algo Trading, and Total Return Swaps.
  • Covering various client segments inclusive of Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Alternatives and Asset Owners.
  • Partnering with Legal, Operations, Compliance, Credit and other internal partners to provide top tier client service.
  • Gain knowledge on the firms' products/services, equity market structure and operational workflows.
  • Client reporting and analysis functionality.
  • Analyze firm and market data to identify areas of sales opportunities.
  • Work with other divisions of the bank to drive client business.
  • Provide assistance and scale to the wider equity sales team while gaining an end-to-end understanding of the Equities business.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Strong interest in Equities Markets, Trading and Investing.
  • The ability to develop strong client-facing presentation and pitching skills.
  • Obtaining SIE, Series 7 and 63 is required within 3 months of joining.
  • Data analytics proficiency and working with office productivity tools strongly preferred.
