Job Description

Pay: $28-$35 per hour (Based on experience)

1st Shift Hours: 6 am - 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday


Essential functions:

  • Develop CNC programs based on engineering blueprints, specifications, and job orders
  • Set up and configure CNC machines including tool selection, zero point calibration, and workpiece clamping
  • Select appropriate cutting tools and optimize toolpaths to ensure efficient and precise machining operations
  • Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs and machine errors
  • Identify and resolve issues related to toolpath efficiency, tool wear, or machine malfunctions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of CNC programming experience (Wire EDM experience a plus
  • Ability to read prints and understand tolerancing
  • Familiarity with inspection equipment
  • Detail-oriented and motivated with strong time management skills
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
