We're seeking a future team member for the role of Direct Indexing Portfolio Manager to join our Equity Index Portfolio Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and this is a hybrid working position.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support daily portfolio management function of direct indexing assets under guidance of senior portfolio managers from trade generation to trade execution.
  • Collaborate with ops and compliance team to monitor portfolio cash flow, client activities, and portfolios' compliance with investment guidelines and objectives.
  • Work closely with various technology teams to test, build, and improve internal and external investment tools.
  • Implement investment strategies consistent with client financial goals and risk tolerance and in accordance with the investment policies/procedures and applicable regulations.
  • Conduct portfolio performance and risk attribution and make recommendations to improve investment process and investment outcome
  • Contribute to team/firm profitability by assisting in asset gathering efforts and expansion of existing client relationships. Provide superior clients services to internal and external clients and partners.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of applicable investment experience preferred or over 2 years of investment experience preferred for MBAs or CFAs.
  • Strong work ethic and collaborative attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience managing SMA portfolios preferred.
  • Python, SQL experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in Aladdin platform preferred
