Educational Program Coordinator I



The Educational Program Coordinator administratively supports the School of Medicine, Department of Neurology clerkship, electives, and other departmental educational activities. The education office works collaboratively with other administrators, trainees, students, faculty, and ancillary staff.


Job Summary

Assists in developing and managing all aspects of multiple educational projects and technological functions of educational courses. Prepares classroom technology, proofreads exams, and serves as liaison between faculty and students. Assists with faculty recruiting and budgetary matters.


Essential Functions

* Review and organize students' rotation preferences and schedule.

* Maintain various system data for courses.

* Schedule, coordinate, and supervise exams.

* Coordinate course evaluations.


Physical Effort

Must be able to get around a university setting.
