Maintenance Technician Job Details:
- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 10 am-6 pm
- Compensation: $20-$30 per hour
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the functionality of both internal and external areas within a manufacturing and warehouse facility. Responsibilities include upkeep of manufacturing equipment such as cranes, air compressors, dock doors, and forklifts, as well as conducting electrical and air/pneumatic work. You'll oversee external services and repairs, address compressed air leaks, manage tool maintenance programs, and maintain spare parts inventory. Additionally, you'll prioritize maintenance requests, support the plant asset register, and deliver effective training as required. Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives, adhering to safety protocols, and participating in Kaizen events are all pivotal aspects of the role.
