As a subject-matter expert for all quality control and assurance processes to ensure all of Form

Energy's products meet customer, company, and regulatory requirements.

Duties include:

1. Utilize complex industrial engineering methods to establish critical systems, processes,

and quality control plans and procedures to ensure high-performing and quality products;

2. Ensure quality assurance and standards are met throughout the entire product

development lifecycle, from early R&D to validation testing, pilot builds and ultimately,

SOP, and customer deliveries;

3. Collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Suppliers and

Operations to address and improve quality and reliability, and manufacturability issues;

4. Establish and maintain product quality and control plans and quality performance metrics

to preemptively prevent issues;

5. Identify appropriate product specifications and tolerances;

6. Conduct audit manufacturing lines against released designs, manufacturing processes

and procedures;

7. Identify and resolve manufacturing quality issues;

8. Monitor quality, determine root cause, and implement effective short-term permanent

countermeasures;

9. Drive Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) activities to ensure design and

manufacturing issues are identified in early development and risks properly mitigated;

10. Provide design for manufacturability feedback to engineering teams, and participate in

design for manufacturing (DFM) reviews;

11. Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to efficiently problem solve; and

12. Implement systems and processes to ensure proper defect detection capabilities and

proper traceability coverage.

Position Requirements:

A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a

closely related discipline, followed by 5 years of experience in an industrial engineering-related

occupation.

Experience must include the following, which may be gained concurrently:

1) 5 years of experience performing quality assurance for industrial engineering operations;

2) 5 years of experience in Assembly process validations (Process capability)

3) 5 years of experience in Failure analysis (DFMEA, FMEA and Control Plans)

4) 5 years of experience in statistical process control SPC, CAPA, audits

5) 1 year of experience in battery assembly technology
