As a Clerical Assistant 2 in this position, you utilize your bilingual ability to communicate orally and in writing in both Haitian Creole and English to customers, staff, and the public. You perform a range of clerical duties to enhance staff members' ability to provide quality services to the citizens of Pennsylvania.
Clerical Assistant 2s provide customer service in a courteous and professional manner both in person and via telephone. In addition, you utilize basic computer skills to perform various office functions including data entry, scanning, imaging, filing, answering phones, and processing mail and voice mail. Job duties are carried out under the general supervision of a Clerical Supervisor.
