Administrative Assistant I



The University of Pittsburgh's Center for Military Medicine Research (CMMR) focuses on regenerative and reconstructive medicine, transplantation immunology, neuroscience, traumatic brain injury, neuroprosthetics, and innovative therapies for injured service members. We are involved in various projects to enhance soldier protection and medical research and development. Currently, we are seeking a full-time administrative assistant to join our team.


Job Summary

Performs administrative and general office support work.


Essential Functions

The primary functions of this role will be to manage the calendar of the Director and Managing Director, draft communications, schedule meetings, and order supplies.

Effective written and verbal communication is required.


Physical Effort

The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.

The ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
