We're seeking a future team member for the role of Program Manager / Integrator - Cyber to join our Information Security Division, Cyber Digital Asset Custody team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of regulatory audits, ensuring the appropriate documentation, evidence, and responses are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Drive the implementation of cyber security controls, technologies, and processes to protect AI algorithms, models, and digital asset platforms from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber security threats and trends in the AI and digital asset space, providing guidance on enhancing security controls and practices.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies specifically tailored to cyber security initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct status meetings, and provide timely updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in information security or related technology experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on cyber security, AI, and digital asset protection.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex cyber security projects, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Experience in working within a regulated financial institution.
  • SAFe Scaled Agile Framework experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, digital asset platforms, and associated security challenges.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are highly desirable.
