The primary focus of this position is to serve as a Mid Level Highway Designer/Engineer is to serve as the Design Engineer Project Manager on the engineering development and design of roadways, sidewalks, and intersections within the Transportation Division. There will be frequent backlog/project collaboration with the Transportation Team . Primary Responsibilities Develo
